1. I try thier breakfast. many variety and is nice. 2. they have a welcome drink from 3 to 10pm there is hot and cold beverage for you to select. 3. the restaurant can be use. (i can't remember what time to what time.)

I have only ever stayed at this hotel in Kyoto since I first travelled here about 8 years ago. It's amazing how its standards of service as well as cleanliness have remained excellent. The staff are really helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean. The onsen felt clean and it was nice to relax inside.

Staff is really very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. The facilities at hotel are fantastic. It is good walking distance to alot of shopping places, eateries and tourist attractions

The location was close to the station and it was fairly easy to take the bus to the centre. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the onsen was a big plus for tired travellers.

Very nice and spacious room, the biggest during our stay in Japan. Quite friendly staff and very nice facilities to relax or work!

Friendly, helpful staff. Good location near Kyoto Station. Very clean property. Great breakfast buffet selection which should suit most people.
